Street chicken problems

This is Pembroke finnys behind. Found her on the streets a year ago. Her behind has always looked like this I wash it daily. Its this vent glee or something else. Please any info would be great.

I've looked up this antibiotic, I don't think I'm able to get any. Is there anything else I can use, maybe amoxicillin or anything you can suggest. I've been doing everything else but not much difference.

This hen has a serious case and will need antibiotics to speed her recovery. A veterinary visit is recommended. However, you can wash her in chlorhexidine shampoo, dry her with a hair dryer and then apply an antifungal spray to the area. Wash her twice weekly, rinse well, and dry her thoroughly with a hair dryer Apply the spray twice daily and reevaluate her in one week. If she improves continue the treatment. If not, a veterinarian will be able to prescribe the proper antibiotics. Keep her on a high quality diet with plenty of clean water. Keep her isolated and in a clean environment. I've seen hens like this improve but it does take time.

This is very severe. I second a vet visit. At-home care may not be enough for something this advanced. She'll likely need heavy duty antibiotics and possibly pain medication as well.

Seven days then reevaluate. Keep her in a clean and dry area.

Is there a dosage chart, one pill twice a day, half a pill twice a day?
