Stressed duck?

When my girls are broody most of mine wouldn't leave their house for nothing, some I even have to make go out and bathe eat [poop] they are so zoned out. :)
I have her food water and grit in the pen for her. She has come out some time because I can tell she has eaten some and her water was dirty.

She started making a squeaking noise today so I opened the temp pen up and let her out I don’t want to stress her out any.

I would not separate your hen, You can't 'make' a hen go broody by separating her from her flock. Infact, doing so would probably make your chances of getting a broody lower. She's not used to being alone, She's locked up and can't hang out and forage with her buddies, I'd let her out.
