Strobe lights for hawk deterrent

I have had netting covering my pens for many years. Nothing except an owl and a hawk this past year did find a breach where I had used some crappy netting. I have since replaced the netting. The owl thought it was going through it but got caught in it.
Here it is going through the crappy netting.

I replaced the crappy netting with this.

These are my pens. When I originally put the netting up the trees were small.

I have never tried strobe lights but have used motion detection lights. The predators got used to them and would set them off now and then.
