How long has it been like this and how much have you already assisted?
Is that a wet paper towel?.....get that out of there.
Use an oil or petroleum jelly base to moisturize.

This one had been pipped for 24 hours so I broke away a piece of shell found this and wrapped him and put it back to post.

I assume it is breathing ok?
Did you remove wet paper towel(if that's what it was)?
That can chill them despite being in incubator.
Is your humidity up?
