IMHO, after 2-3 days, it will need help. Be prepared to lose it though. It's always a hard call. Most of us don't have much luck with those that can't hatch on their own. However, after a certain point they will die in the shell from exhaustion. Here is a link to the article on assisted hatching:

Assisted Hatching

The chick hatched, but now it has a stub on its belly with a teeny bit of blood. That’s fone right? And are their toes supposed to be curled when they hatch, or does the chick just hav curled toes?

You can fix curled toes. There's lots of threads about it on this site.

Also one of mine had the umbilical lump when she hatched. It fell off after 10 days.

You can fix curled toes if they're not too bad. I've had toes curled so badly they were like little fists. Days of massages, shoes, etc, helped, but weren't enough.
