Stuck spraddled.......going on 3 weeks!

Guinea keet hatched 2 days before new years has spraddle leg. I have banded and re banded his legs. He walks great banded. As soon as I take it off or it comes undone on its on....back to spraddle. He can NOT stand up with out his legs held together by a band aid. It has been on all but 2 days since hatch.

Is there any hope? The last one was on 5 days, it opened up this morning and he was laying with both legs in opposite directions minutes later. He's banded again, but I'm starting to think its a lost cause. Otherwise very healthy and cute!

Anything else I can try?

do you have like a stick of sorts in the bandages to keep the leg straight?

Thanks Rawr! Poor little guy is so healthy otherwise. I wish there was some other method of fixing this!
