That looks to be Dry Fowl Pox. There is no cure for the disease, but it should resolve on its own in a few weeks. Just keep an eye on her, and ensure she's eating and drinking. There are products that supposedly dry out the scabs, I've never used them, but you may look into getting something like that. Some, people apply an antibacterial ointment to the scabs to loosen them as well. Something like Neosporin or Terramyicn will work.

I would definitely get some Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin ointment to put into the eyes to help prevent a bacterial infection where there are pox scabs around the eyes.
