Stunted Turkey with heavy breathing

One of my turkeys isn’t growing well and has had heavy breathing with gurgling noises for the past 3 days. We’ve had sudden hot weather for 4-5 days (30c) and I think this has given him a respiratory infection. Can someone identify this problem? I’ve can’t attach a video but im taking him home to keep a close eye on him.
