Stupid broody

Some crows were making a racket today so I ran out so see what was going on. 2 flew off soon as they saw me but a 3rd stayed in a tree until I walked over there. My broody hid her 5 week old chicks under her until they left then took them inside a couple hours

I closed off one of my parking spots so the flock can free range out front (adding gates so I can use it if I have to)The chicks have been free ranging 2 weeks and were all over the place until I fenced it
