I have 3 Gold-Laced Wyandottes and one is OBVIOUSLY a rooster, the other two are starting to crow, but their combs are not as distinct...

Is it possible for them to be hens and still crow?

This is Pip, obviously a rooster, probably not a Gold-Laced Wyandotte

This is Gladis, a Gold-Laced Wyandotte possibly not a girl?

This is Other Pip, another Gold-Laced Wyandotte, probably a rooster.

And here are all three together.

Naturally they wouldn't stand still for the camera and my phone's camera didn't like focusing or staying focused...

A few days ago they took turns coming out of the coop, standing in front of me and crowing...
Pip is pretty good, but the other two, not so much.

They are all about 16 weeks old.

Thanks!

I figured that was the answer and I had a good idea the big guy as a different breed, but couldn't remember what it might be.

I bought 6 chickens at Tractor Supply in the spring, 50% boys so far...
:-(
