stupid people why have a dog if you dant care for it (Rant)

im not sure about the other animals but the dog is not properly cared for the vets have said that that is why they are retaining her until the owners get back so they can talk to them they may be launching an investergation into neglect without the puppy weight she is very thin and her spine structure is very visable they want to make sure her condition improves befor they would be alloud her back and not seeking out vets assistance with a injured or ill pet can be classed as neglect in the uk you must seek vets assistance or help and there are alot of places you can go for free or vitually free care so there is little excuse for any animal to go untreated, now dont get me wrong im not a softy when it comes to animals i know natures order and i know a nice kennel in a garden with sleeping blankets or rags is fine for a dog they dont need to be snug and warm in a house but until this lady started going around the dog was locked in most of the time and it seems she looked after it a hell of alot better than they did there are people coming forward now saying they have seen the family leave her out over the feilds all day and leave her while they have gone out so its easy to see why they would not know she was pregnant.

if you had seen the dog you would understand why i was angry and say they should not be aloud to keep animals

There is nothing wrong with having someone come over twice a day to feed and care for a dog. There is something VERY wrong with an owner receiving notification that their animal is sick and refusing treatment.
