stupid question but concerned...

I just received Denagard I bought from ebay for my sick chickens but I noticed that it had tape on the lid and the seal was broken! I don't know if I should use it but it has a good date on it...expires in 2017. My big concern is when I smelled it, it smells just like rubbing alcohol. ..so I was wondering if I got screwd??? Any suggestions ? Does this stuff smell like regular rubbing alcohol???

IS IT SUPPOSED TO SMELL LIKE REG. ALCOHOL OR DID I GET RIPPED OFF? I DON'T WANT TO KILL MY CHICKENS WITH ALCOHOL EITHER. ...HELP, ANYONE?

Personally I wouldn't use it, there are some warped people out there who like to cause mischief and mayhem!

Did you buy from a reputable source? I would be notifying Ebay and if you paid by Paypal, I would dispute the payment/services.
A broken seal is not acceptable unless you are buying from someone you trust completely, even then I would be cautious.
