So, I've seen many recommending feeding hard boiled and chopped or mashed as treats or supplements...

Why not scrambled? My girls love them, they're easier and quicker for me to cook, any specific reason to recommend hard boiled over scrambled?

Thanks

I don't think there's really a difference, I've heard both and I don't see a difference

Some folks don't like to feed their chickens dairy, and some scrambled eggs are cooked with milk, so I suppose that's why you don't often see scrambled eggs recommended. But they're perfectly okay in my book.

When feeding an egg to a very young chick, though, a minced boiled egg is best because they will have a much easier time eating it than a scrambled egg.

Interesting. Never thought of the dairy angle. I just batter the eggs, cook them in a nonstick pan, and they usually get chopped up pretty finely by the spatula.

Thanks for the insight.
