subdued chicken

I have 4 chickens and one of them is not acting right. She is not eating well and tends to stay away from the others and just sits under a tree and makes a small chirping sound. When i have tried to catch her she still runs away ok and doesnt like it much but then she just sits. Should i put her away from the rest or just leave her

I would separate her. She sounds weak. When were they last wormed? Worms & Coccidia cause a lot of problems in chickens, very quickly aswell as lice & mites.
