Subscription emails

Is there a way to turn off getting the subscription emails?
I like being able to click on the subscribed posts link and see them but I dont like getting emails for every post. Its making me crazy trying to delete the emails.... but I want to follow some of the posts and lose them if Im not subscribed....

In the e-mail there is a link to unsubscribe. Or you can do it manually on the bottom of the page of the thread

I want to be able to go straight to the post I want to follow... I just want it to not email me for every post......

So you just want a link to the topic? If you scroll down to the very bottom of the forum main page, there's a link that says "show my posts". This list will show you every topic you've ever posted on.
