Successful Rehoming of Porky

not as happy of an update as the others, but the other rooster Porky’s new owner had was bitten by a copperhead and died today. So, I’m a bit worried about Porky because I don’t think he’s ever seen a snake before, let alone a venomous one.

i asked about it a little more and she thinks her rooster, Edward, was bitten a few days ago and finally died. is it possible to have a slow death if the amount of venom administered was rather low?

he really is! he has his own girls and no other competition. he’s not getting chased by the guineas anymore either, haha, and he’s buddying up to guy that’s holding him.
