Sudden Blindness 4 Week Old Chick

I have a 4 week old chick who seems to have gone blind. She was able to see this morning—no injuries, drainage, or cloudiness in the eye. What besides Mareks could cause this to happen? What should I troubleshoot?

Does she follow your hand with a treat? Does she move her head away if you move your hand toward her eyes?

What is she doing that makes it seem she's suddenly gone blind?
Was she dropped or suffered an injury to the head?
