Sudden death of a hen?

I went to gather eggs the other afternoon and let the chickens out, and found one of our hens dead under the roost, and i assume she died over night? She was acting fine the day before, showing NO signs of illness or weird behavior. I inspected the body before i moved it and didn't notice anything like an injury, wound, egg bound, or any other sign. All the other hens are doing fine so far. Any suggestions on what would cause a otherwise healthy appearing hen to fall over dead?

Heart attack or stroke. It does happen sometimes. Sudden death. So sorry for your loss. (What a way to go though....quickly, not sickly.)
