Sudden lethargic chicken

When I came home today one of my Isa Browns was/ is lethargic won't stand up but is alert. She wants to lay down. I see no signs of attack, infection, crop looks good. However we have had an awful amount of rain for 3 days. Any ideas

How old is she, and can you get her drinking water? If you have some Poultry NutriDrench or electrolytes, those would be good to use. Is she old enough to lay eggs? What does her poop look like? Some possible things might be dehydration, egg bound, or coccidiosis if she is young. Look for any injuries or wounds.

She is young but previously healthy. I am syringe feeding her some yogurt, egg yolk, oatmeal and hydrohen
