Sudden olive egger?

Is this her first year laying eggs? That’s kind of late in life to start to lay! If this isn’t her first year then I’d lean towards no it’s not her egg. Another thought; First several eggs of the year will be the darkest in color. At the end of the egg season year they will be paler. Perhaps your EE is using up all of her early season color now? I’d be curious if later in the year, perhaps even very soon, her eggs turn pale, more blue than green. How often does she lay? Very interesting subject.
She hasn’t laid an egg since the really green one.

jI don’t have many goo Photos but i have one welsumer and one marans -3 y/o, four easter eggers-2-3y/o, one RIR, one GSL, and two BLRW-1 y/o.

Don't you think the dried grass that you have spread in the run will cause crop problems in your girls????
Some of them might eat it and end up with crop problems.
I have faced many crop problems due to my girls eating dry hay.

I give them some hay in the winter, just spread out the rest last week never had any crop issues. I toss food scraps and scratch on top once ib awhile. They also get out in the yard and est grass a few times a week.
