Suddenly sick duck

Oh...no blood in poop..but I just checked on them in the new pen..there was some runny green poop..you know...not formedpiles like normal..just.....not formed...runny...diarrhea? Oh nooo...soooo scared. I have 41 more beloved ducks

Take the reg water up and offer the Epsom salt water 2-3 times a day for 3 days. When they aren’t drinking the Epsom salt water offer fresh water.

You’ll never believe it...no one is sick!! I checked the pen for blood..none..diarrhea..maybe just some loose piles which comes with being a duck...lol... I did vent checks too see if any vents were clogged from toxins..nothing bad...they all had appetite..they chattered all day..etc! I think...don’t want to say it too loud..but we might be...o...k...? I mean it killed me to loose Bubbles and Henry and watch them suffer, but to think it could have been a lot worse...that’s scary. Thank goodness for you all! My friends laughed when I joined.. I was not the farming type but it was my dream...and this group has been so amazing! Thank you and I hope some day I can offer some help too

Welcome to byc and good luck with the rest of the duckies!
Just beware that ducks eat/nibble/tug on EVERYTHING, (personal experience), and it’s a daily job to look for loose bits of wire, string, plastic, nails, staples, glass, and the list goes on...especially since it sounds like you may be on a new farm? Well, new old farm, lol.

These are a few of our dusks...I love them to pieces..they all have names and personalities... so those ducks that I had write about...passed away. I bought medicine to give to them all in case it was worms...but it turned out to be toxicitictia. My hubby brought home a baddd sink and it h bad stuff in in it...very very sad..now this,u

New question quick..about chicks...we have 8 that wee bought about Aug 2 The adult hens are layers and rooster are about I year,we have a large coop, but plan to expand once we include the chicks...so when do we do this? About how old? Their coop shares fence space so that they are somewhat used to each other.
