sugar free Gatorade, any thoughts.

Hello , I live in florida and it gets really hot in the city, I heard people giving there flock sugar free Gatorade to keep them hydrated.I use the added electrolytes in the little packets that mixes in there water jug.any body heard of this. I was also trying to make a solar powered fan to help keep air moving.any ideas ?

It has been my experience that plain water will do just fine keeping chickens hydrated. That's all they get here in South Carolina. They certainly need shade.

Yeah I think water is the best Hydration.
