Solved Suggestion

Ok not a dweeb swear but can’t figure out how to download and save despite following directions here and RR site. Any insight. I’m in the App. Does that make a difference. I tried through browser and App- No difference. I’m on an iPhone 7 Plus. Can you walk me through step by step how to save them?

I don't have an iPhone so I am not sure.
I would think you just hold your finger down on the one you want to save until the option pops up to save/download it.
I'm sorry I do not know.

Well I’ve tried and can’t figure it out. I can only see a few rows when click on smiley library. I can not click on images and download just add the ones it lets me see to my post. Under Random Ramblings they just added a bunch of cool holiday seasonal ones but can’t see or save them.

Can you do a screenshot of what you are seeing? If you don't know how to do a screenshot let us know what phone you have and Kiki can probably find out.

I am thinking you need to wait...stay on that page for a while, give them all time to load so you can see them.

Yep and can’t do screen shot it comes up black. My daughter is trying to walk me through it without success.

K. I think I copied the smileys it shows me when I click on the smiley face for smiley library when I post. These are the only ones that show and my scroll bar is at the bottom of the smiley options so no ability to load further. Thoughts?

On iPhone 8 or earlier, iPad, and iPod touch

1. Press and hold the Top or Side button.
2. Immediately click the Home button, then release the Top or Side buttons.
3. A thumbnail of your screenshot appears in the lower-left corner of your device. Tap the thumbnail to add drawings and text with Markup, or press and hold the thumbnail to share the screenshot. Swipe left on the thumbnail to dismiss it.

To find the screenshot you just took, along with ones you've taken before, go to Photos > Albums and tap Screenshots.


To save and post the seasonal smiley on iPhone you need to press & hold down on the one want to save. Save image option will then come up (same for iPad & iPhone) ~

To add them to your posts you need to upload them as a file from your camera roll. Just like you would a pic. Just make sure your cursor is in the correct place that you want it before you click full image.

K. So here is my screenshot showing you what I see and where I click to find smileys. Ignore the rover message, someone beeped in when took shot sorry! These are all that show and I am at bottom.
