Suggestions for raising up a single chick?

Today we have a single chicken egg hatching out, with no siblings to chirp and play with any suggestions on what to do
to help this little loner wile he's growing up? I'm 14 days to more hatching.
I also know someone who has 3 day old chicks, I might could buy another chick or two from them
to keep this little bugger company.

You could buy another chick, or...

Tape a small mirror somewhere near where the little one will be sleeping and provide a small stuffed animal or feather duster. The little mirror trick works wonders to quiet the chirp-crying.
