I had a large fancy coop at my old house, with sliding door I had to get in my hands and knees to clean. New house, new opportunity. I have cinder blocks, 2x4s, plywood, metal roofing. And looking to contruct the coop with absolute easiest to clean and fill food/water as possbile.

My thought is stack standard cinder blocks (8x8x16) in a rectangle pattern for foundation, and doe this for three blocks high (24") off ground. Make a stud walls with plywood walls and single slope roof with metal on top, large door for entire front wall opening that would hinge from side. The floor I was just going to the exact shape as this plastic box (this would sit on floor) so I could just pull this out and dump and put new shaving in. I would mount water and food on wall and as as small nesting box.

Good plan? I live in MN and plan on 2-3 chickens. thanks!

ETA: why does coop need to be 'concealed'?

The floor I was just going to the exact shape as this plastic box
That bin is only 20 x 26"....too small for even one chicken.
The rest sound viable, but WxLxH needs to be determined.
Even for only 3 birds, I'd go at least 6x8x8 so you can walk in,
and taller makes for better cold weather ventiatlion,
with large roof overhand and open soffits.
Or 8x8x8, because it matches standard lumber sizes...
...and you know you're gonna want more birds down the road.

Oh, and.... Welcome to BYC! @arminius
Here's how to add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!
