Suggestions for water

I just need some suggestions for watering my chickens. I have seen MULTIPLE different options, I am just cursious what is really effective for people up north. I live in New York so I would like something effective for the wintertime as well.

I will try to attach a photo of my coop. I was considering hanging something underneath it. I've also seen people make water fountains from the five gallon water bottles, pvc piping and the little poultry nipplers. That would be preferred for me because it seems that my chickens fly through their water.

Any suggestions are appreciated. I have so many questions. I am a first time chicken mom.
