Don't take this the wrong way, but unless the bits of free floating egg and excess fluids are removed your hen will most likely die from a nasty systemic bacterial infection or she will starve to death. I've had quite a few of these and have done everything to try to save them (except for surgery) and the outcome is always the same. Tube feeding is the only way you'll keep her from starving.
