I am planning to put a coop along the fence

Kind of off topic, but I'd not put a coop or run right against the fence.
Need to be able to access all sides for maintenance and predator protection.
Wonders about any offset regulations in a neighborhood like that.

I decided to go with an existent shed that I will modify, it is on the corner of my property and about 5 feet odd the property line. (The smaller attachment off the big shed in the pic).
