Suggestions on stuff to put in run

Isn't going to be any room for the chickens if you put all that stuff in that tiny run. As far as a dust bath goes, those chickens will have that grass down to bare dirt in no time and make their own dust bath.
This is just a list of ideas.......lol. Didn’t expect her to get all of it in that small run.

Their large coop
Is 2 story and is all sand and de

We live in city so this is the space I have- sod only there because I didn’t want them on the soil as it’s industrial lot and concerned about toxic soil. Only those 2 in that area.

Slats are there for raccoon protection and to keep dogs from staring at them - plus it was a big gate that was already that way so I used it parallel to the property line fence.

Just put it up fri. Added an old dog agility jump and there is feeding station in downstairs of house. Will put in swing today

Those are very large breeds to be keeping in a run as small as that 24/7, will you be making adjustments to the amount of food given, to make sure they don’t get overweight?

Well I don’t know how much

ok I’ll keep that in mind. The person I got them from free ranged them.

Hang suet feeders with fresh greens/fruits, roosts, chairs, crates, small baby pool with topsoil or construction grade sand, bunk bed ladder, mirrors.....and plenty of access to fresh food and water.....and oyster shell.
Their coop downstairs is all sand and de

Well if that's all the space you have, the best way to maximize it would be to go upwards, so roosts running across the span will give them a little bit of vertical space. Normally I would recommend adding "stuff" but realistically there isn't room for that. Other things that you can add that don't take up space would be a pile of dried leaves, maybe a little hay, things that they could dig through.

Good ideas
