Sulmet for chicks?

Can I give sulmet to chicks? And would it help aspergillosis?

You might try reposting in the Emergencies/Diseases forum. I'm brand new to chickens here, but just treated our girls (currently 2-3 weeks, so 1-2 weeks at the beginning of treatment) with Sulmit. Used the chicken dose as listed on the bottle & did the math based on their weights.

As far as it treating aspergillosis, that's a fungus, so I would think not. Sulmit is is a sulfa-based antibiotic, not an antifungal. If they have a secondary bacterial infection it might be useful.
