First two blue/wheaten x blue/wheaten have hatched. The hen broke all but 3 eggs then abandoned them, so the bator has 4 that should hatch next Tuesday. Looks like one will be Pyle colored so far.

Yes ma'am I'll have 4 more hatching Tuesday and lost 9 eggs under a broody sulmtaler pullet last week. I was just trying to see a couple Pyle colored ones hatch.

Oh my goodness! I'm falling into the chicken math trap! Sulmtalers are gorgeous! I'm in NC, do any of you that are within driving distance, 1-2 days ever have sexed chicks for sale? I have about a half acre for chickens, gardens and my Papillons. The minimum purchases of 25 are overwhelming my space abilities....

I have two young pullets available from my now sold Sulmtaler group. They are almost 4 months. Parents below. They are the blue wheaten like the hen to the right. The group was from Greenfire. PM me for pics etc. I am near Sacramento CA

Question. How old do Sulmtalers typically have to be to start laying? I have a trio and very anxious. Hatched in July 2014
