okay so mine laid an egg, dont know exactly how long ago. she had a secret nest. but there was only one so i figure it was only a day or two old.that's the same hatch date as mine. i'll post when mine lays
This hen is genetically Silver Wheaten. She's silver based whereas the other hen is gold based, thus the reason for the color difference.
Breeding her to a "Golden" (S/s+) Wheaten male (what people keep referring to as Gold Duckwing) is one way to produce more Silver Wheaten females. You could also breed her to a Silver Wheaten male, if you have access to one.
