Looks like a pullet so far! My girl had the same single spot like that, and my rooster had a really obvious comb by that age.

Honestly, I'd wait a bit longer before any decisions. My Silver Sebright cockerel, Angel, at just over three weeks:



And here at five weeks, when he was just starting to show some pinking in his comb:



My other cockerel from the bunch started showing earlier, so I thought Angel was a pullet. But, well... here he was at eleven weeks.



Unfortunately, I ended up with way too many cockerels, and Angel has gone to be a pet in a Bachelor Pad with a few other cockerels. My two Sebright pullets still have no comb development at all.

I clip my chickens crests. They grow back continually. Just like hair.
