Sultans or Buff Brahmas?

I currently have silkies and am thinking about getting into another breed. The two breeds I'm considered are Sultans and Buff Brahmas. So here are some questions about them:

1. Which breed is more disease resistant?
2. How many eggs does each breed lay?
3. Which breed's roosters crow less?

Any other info and opinions would also be appreciated!

Crowing depends on the roo, not the breed. Sultans are not as hardy as Brahmas
