Just curious, anyone else notice their broody sumatra hens cover up the nest with bedding/feathers when they get up to eat? I noticed one of the broody hens does this every time, just like a pheasant. I have never seen any other chicken do this before...
Wow she looks amazing in the "excited" photo! We were taught at 4H class to crate train the chickens for a month prior to the show so they don't stress. What do you suggest to do? We are still learning.....

Thanks, yes at a show till Thursday then have to work Fri, Sat and Sun, so can't wait to be home with a day off and time to go out and play with my chickens!!![]()
