my apologies, large fowl. Don't need show quality or anything, hence the if you planned to cull it bit, but would prefer it be pure sumatra

I would have, these were part of someones collection theu had on display. In person, it was red around the edge with black in the center with white streaks, almost like a glossy sumatra

Starting to get my birds ready for this weeks upcoming show. It is the biggest show in my district! I'm showing 12 birds, 4 are Sumatras 2 black bantams, 1 Blue LF and 1 Black LF. Tom will be there too, showing!

No it's the Delmarva show. Knoxville is in December and I want to go to that because it is also the combined Faverolles National for the 100th year anniversity.

Thanks everyone! I always prefer the largefowl because the bantams still have that weird look to them that only bantams have. This guy is either from a runty LF hen with bantam male or runty LF male on bantam hens, he doesn't have the odd look like our black and blue males have. Now if he had a little more leg on him, a smaller comb, and if his feathering wasn't quite as lose, he would be just about perfect.
We haven't shown any bantam duns yet since they are still in the 'project' phase. It all depends on the judge and how the birds are feeling as far as how they do in the show ring,
