Froze his tail off

Yea just a few feathers the roost is only 6inches high and I have definitely moved the water since!

Ok Raph here's some pictures for you.


This is the "pretty" coop as its the only one painted. Bunch of free paint mixed into two 5 gallon buckets, and this is what I ended up with. Can't complain since it was free paint and does the job.



The amount of snowfall we have gotten so far and the roof to one of the other coops in the back ground.

. Waiting for the snow to trun to ice here (from what the weather man says anyway). I'd rather get another 6 inches of snow then ice.

I prefer no snow but if I had to pick between snow or ice
I would pick snow every time. At least I can shovel snow
out of the way.

I hope you don't get the ice either, so dangerous. Is six inches of snow a lot for you down there? They said by the time it gets up here we might get a foot of snow, but we get that pretty regular up here.

So excited! Just got my first egg! I was starting to think they were never going to lay. They held out for 39 weeks!
