Over the course of the last month or so, we've gone from finding a very runny yolk in an egg here and there to all of my chickens laying eggs that the yolk runs all over the second you crack the egg. Sometimes the eggs are slightly bloody also. I have a variety of breeds, some one year old, some 7 months old. Almost all my eggs are doing the same thing. The chickens look healthy. We have had some hot days but nothing too crazy and there is no difference when we have a string of relatively cool days. We have done nothing different with their feed. Their coop is well-ventilated and clean. The newer hens were hatched from eggs laid by this flock so there has been no contact with strange chickens. I've seen a couple of old threads on this topic but no helpful solution. Any ideas at this point from anyone? Thanks.
