Summer time water quality...

Lately I have been questioning my life choices and the chick waterers that I have been using. Its getting hot enough here that I've been changing my water out 4 to 6 times a day to keep it cool and fresh. I've kicked around pressurized water delivery but I'm not sold on the idea that enough water will circulate to keep it cold and fresh. What do y'all do to ensure the coldest freshest water possible?
