Aww, thanks!
Well, when i first started keeping chickens i had four of them, Snowy,Feathery,Fluffy and Tweeter. Fluffy, a black austrolorp, i had to admit was my favoriteShe was so sweet, and was bursting with personality. When she wanted attention, that little bird would jump up on the 6ft fence and wait for me to get her down. Her nickname was Fluffers, and i thought that would be a nice username when i joined. Sadly, Fluffers died at age 3, in her favorite place, the garden, choking on a slug![]()

Now then, come on, hound dogs aren't that bad.
Cade was a greyhound/lab mutt. My two least favorite breeds ever. He was just a pet with prey drive, that's all. His owners didn't have him trained to hunt, he just did. At least he came back to them the last time I saw him, or...... they probably wouldn't have recognized himNow then, come on, hound dogs aren't that bad. It's their idiot owners that let them run loose and train them eating animals is okay. We have two, and they are trained to protect our livestock, not eat. How can you resist this face?![]()

Lol, sorry guys, I missed like 31 pages, so I'm not going to quote anything else, I just saw this and thought the houndeys needed some help in convincing Zelda to like them.![]()
My dogs are smart but stupid lol they are territorial and that's a fact!! (I feel bad for that Kitty that came in the fence)![]()

Sad thing is, he was actually a really cool dog - BUT he killed my boy. And he lead the best dog in the world astray, so they both killled a chicken that dayEverytime I saw Rambo after that he ran home as fast as he could without looking like he was totally terrified
He was a SMART dog. Very much so. I miss him.
Oh yeah. I'm not super partial to mutts or purebreds, but I tend to prefer purebred - tend toLol, poor cat.Our dogs don't mind cats at all, but we have them trained really well. The Beagle actually loves cats.![]()

Ah, yes, two very smart breeds mixed together. I must say though, you are discriminating against true hounds.Lol, I'm kidding. But "true hounds" are way better than those half hound mutts. And I'm not saying mutts are bad, I just prefer true hound breeds mixed with true hound breeds.
I know Greyhounds and Labs are technically "hounds" but to me a nice Treeing Walker Coonhound or a Beagle are real hounds.
Sorry, that they were killing chickens.![]()
