Hey Rod!

I'm OK! This morning I hurt my neck and now I have a torn ligament in my neck and pulled a muscle!

It hurts! I'm not able to move my neck or raise my arm above my head! It was all because I popped my neck and I did it to hard! All I can do now is put a heating pad on it or ice pack! It's gonna hurt when I have to give the chickens water!
