Within the editor, selects an option from a dialog, drop-down list, or context menu. Equivalent to the OK button in a dialog window.
Within the site chat room, submits the content.

Mac: ⌘ + Delete (or Forward Delete)

PC: Deletes a word (back or forward)
Mac: Deletes a row of text (back or forward)
Ctrl + Z
Mac: ⌘ + Z
Performs the undo operation
Ctrl + Y

Performs the redo operation
Formatting

Applies bold formatting to text fragment

Navigation

Shortcut Description
Esc
Closes a dialog window, drop-down list, or context menu. Also moves from the context menu submenu to the parent option.
Alt + F10 within tabbed dialog
Mac: no shortcut

Inside a dialog, press TAB to navigate to next dialog field, press SHIFT + TAB to move to previous field, press ENTER to submit dialog, press ESC to cancel dialog. For dialogs that have multiple tab pages, press ALT + F10 to navigate to tab-list. Then move to next tab with TAB OR RIGHT ARROW. Move to previous tab with SHIFT + TAB or LEFT ARROW. Press SPACE or ENTER to select the tab page.
