Haha I've been on a heating pad all day and a full body massager all day also had to take some ibuprofen and muscle relaxer ect... It has help some but I had to help my grandad with a heavy box and that was were I messed up! Now it has started hurting again but not as bad as yesterday.

I hope so! I might not even make it to church the way my grandad drives! He has almost turned in incoming traffic and my sister stopped him and the sign said do not enter! Oh dear let's hope I make it through this! And he drives around 70mph to!
