Summertime heat and duck

What does everyone do for their ducks and the heat. I have a kiddie pool a couple of waters. And just have them frozen pea in their pool. They just sit around pant.. any suggestions?

I usually throw ice cubes in their water but other than that you seem to be doing a great job keeping them cool

I usually refill their water with hose water about 4 to 5 times a day mainly around 2 to 5. I also will spray them off with the hose they enjoy that and it cools 'em down .

If their whole coop and run is in the direct sun I will also put a big blanket over the fence roof to give them shade

They have half the run cover..

2 Peking and 2 Cayuga
