sun bathing

chicks are loving the nice weather....they finally started doing dirt baths in the sun.funny watching them they get all layed in the dirt and start purring like a cat.

my wife thinks i'm crazy for letting them free range for now....but they only out while i'm there.

My 1 year old chickens do this. They just love to take a dirt bath and lounge in the sun.

chicks are just about 5 weeks old......i'm amazed how well they have adapted to the new home.
