Sun or Shade

My coop is going to be part of my new shed. Planing to put divider wall up. The shed is next to the woods and is in mostly shade. My question is. Is it ok for them to have little sun and a hole lot more shade? And the run is going to wrap around the back of the shed towards the woods, does this mean I need to protect the run even more? Any help would be great.

Try to even it up. The do need the warm sunshine.

If you have to cut down a few trees or even move the coop, cionsider doing so.

Where I live, it's best to have mostly shade.
