she turns to talk to one of her flock members, who was trying not to beg for mercy from this little hen

The brown warrior slapped the whip at a nearby tree, ripping a strip of bark off of it "How much is the whip?" She asked the seller.

She continued walking, trying to keep her iron foot quiet.

Shadowstar led her deep into the dark forest, where there was almost no light. His dark yellow eyes glowed eerily in the dim light as he turned to face her. "There are no rules, in this brawl, besides... no killing. For now."

A large, black rooster emerged from the trees behind Shadowstar and came to stand behind his leader. His feathers were primarily black, but streaks of golden brown laced his wing and breast feathers. "Windwalker, this is Darkstripe" Shadowstar informed her.

"I see." She says. Ruffling her feathers and stepping forward,slowly putting her iron foot down to make her long metal talons visible.
