Super aggresive 4 week old!

    He/She jumbs on the other chicks and is constantly chasing them around the brooder.
    I have "it" in a seperate box now. We are activly looking to rehome.
    Does anyone think a time out for the night will work? Or is this bird to far gone?

    I think the time out should be longer than one night. The idea behind the time out is to let the rest of the flock re-establish the pecking order without the offender. Once the new pecking order has been established, the offender is reintroduced again to start at the bottom. I would give it a few days at least.
