I was wondering if anyone has pictures of there EE's that lay blue egg's. I just want to compair to my girls. one is laying green. They both have green legs. I was hoping the other one will be a different color.

I don't have pictures to show you, but I've had EEs for 2 years and it's totally addicting. I love the mystery of which chicken laid which egg. We've got an easter basket now! We've found with our 6 girls, that the lighter colored chickens have laid the bluest eggs. We have one girl who looks like a montage of while brown and black who lays pink eggs! The darker girls (browns, blacks, and russets) seem to lay the darker green and olive green eggs.

Thanks!! I mixed mine up. Two EE, one welsummer, one rhode island red, one silver coco maran. both my girls are lighter colors but mixed with some dark mild coloring. Ive gotten one green egg so far!!
