super quick.. honestly. 5 minutes..Cake for 2

Make it in a micro safe Mug.
4tabsp..flour,2tabsp..coco,4tabsp.sugar,
1egg, 3tab milk,3tab.oil. 1splash of vinalla extract.
1 Large coffee mug. micro- safe.
add dry ingredients together and mix well.
add egg,mix again, add milk, oil,vinalla and mix,
adding choc chips. Mix and cook for
3minutes at 1000 watts. in the micro.
cake will rise over dont be alarmed.
Cool. and dump on to a glass platter
cut in to 2 servings add your favorite ice cream
and you have a fast desert.

I can vouch for this one - it really works!

I've been tempted to try it w/o the cocoa and see if I get a vanilla cake - then frost with chocolate buttercream

Or add some canned pumpkin and see if it makes pumpkin bread...

I tried it today... It turned out a bit hard. I guess I'll have to experiment with the recipe to get one I like. Darn.

OK - I tried one today w/o the cocoa and it turned out fine.
I used chocolate chips stirred into the dry ingredients (so they didn't sink to the bottom).

Next try will be the pumpkin one - with cream cheese frosting : 9

Nemo: try cooking for less time - say start with 2 minutes and if not done add 10secs, then 10 more until done.
Test for done by sticking a knife in the center - if it comes out with wet dough sticking to it let the cake cook more.
